Green Bay DT Suffers High Ankle Sprain

Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Kenny Clark suffered a high ankle sprain during the fourth quarter of the Packers and Baltimore Ravens game. Initially believed to be a broken ankle, the team’s physician reported that it was just a sprain. Several Green Bay Packers players were upset and believed that Ravens center Ryan Jensen, the one who injured Clark, had injured him in a potentially malicious and unnecessary way. Clark said that he will be fine and that Jensen reached out to him. It is unknown how long Clark will be out for.

What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot, known as the plantar fascia, and causes mild to severe heel pain.
